Hi!
I used to be a regular on the knot and the nest forums, so I thought I'd stop by here. I'm due 5/19 and this will be my first. I've had a pretty easy 1st tri, no morning sickness just boob soreness. Every now and then, I'll get nauseous but it goes away pretty quickly. I live in VA outside of DC and work as a software engineer.
We're really excited but, at the same time, it doesn't feel real at all.

Congrats and Welcome! you are luck not to have bad M/S. I am dying haha also I am due May 18th so 1 day before you! which might change, I have my ultrasound today!

Congrats and welcome!! I'm actually due May 22nd, but I'm measuring ahead, like I'm due on May 19th like you. The doctor hasn't officially changed my due date though, because she said they are so close together anyway.

I only had one appointment so far and one ultrasound to determine my due date. I was diagnosed with PCOS so I've been charting and my ovulation date matches with the measured due date so that was really cool. Luckily my MW is using that due date instead of my last menstrual period.
My next appointment is next Monday and it feels so far away! My next ultrasound, however is the following Monday so I won't get to see the little rice grain (that's what we're calling it in the meantime) until then. I really hope to hear the heartbeat next Monday at the doctor's though.
