I've been getting up a lot to pee etc (sure most of you do too) but I also just can't get back to sleep and I find myself giving up around 5 or 6. DH is a light sleeper and even though he hasn't complained I'm worried about keeping him up too.
Any recommendations?

Re: WWYD?
You obviously are going to have to get up to pee. If you've got to go, you've got to go. Do you have a spare bedroom ? I would send my husband there if he complained about me waking him up. After I nut punched him of course.

It's just the opposite with us...his alarm starts blaring at 5:30, he sleeps through multiple snoozes and I cannot go back to sleep.
Maybe ask....DH has started sleeping in the guess room on weeknights.
My DH can and has slept through an earthquake, but I'm not ashamed to say he sleeps on the couch a lot because I just can't get comfortable with all the times I have to get up to pee. Unfortunately there's not a lot you can do for that one because you certainly can't do it in bed. I just try to make it quick so my brain doesn't get started before I'm back in bed.

If your H isn't complaining then don't worry about it. You can't control how many times you need to pee.
If it does become a problem I say have him sleep on the couch or a spare room (if you have one). It may sound mean but right now it's more important that YOU get your sleep than your H. Staying well rested is very important for pregnant women.
If you think it's bad now, wait until the baby is here.. Light sleeper or not, complaining or not, waking up at all hours of the night will be a part of this new chapter in your life. GL!
This! I don't feel bad for waking DH up *IF* I wake him up because I'm uncomfortable or need to sleep. I honestly feel like we're being prepared for the BIG lack of sleep that's coming our way.

If I get up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep, I go to another room. Also, my husband sleeps in the guest room when he has to get up super early the next day and needs solid sleep.
I have to agree with the pp, you will not sleep like you used to any more. That's just that.
