I have had mild swelling in my hands and feet since about my 2nd trimester. The other day i put on my favorite shoes and they are too small! not from swelling but the actual length! I am already a size 10! this cannot be good!
i was wondering if anyone out there has or is experiencing the same deal?
and if you have had this happen to you...do your feet return to normal size? or am i stuck with larger than life feet?!?

Make a pregnancy ticker
When I lost weight last year I also lost some shoe sizes. My friend who worked at a shoe store said that the extra weight makes your feet spread out and when you lose it they aren't as compressed.
So I'm hoping any foot size increases during pregnancy are just due to the extra weight I put on while pregnant and that I can go back to how I was before. But from seeing others post here, looks like they retained the bigger size.
Yep happened to me and I was hoping it was just swelling. Nope, I had to get rid of 90% of my shoes last week and buy some new ones. My shoe collection is piddly now since I had accumulated lots of shoes over the years. It's quite depressing
I've been told they can get bigger with each pg.
well ladies this is really depressing! i thought once i started to grow instead of shopping for maternity clothes (cuz you only wear them for such a sort time, esp when you only plan on one pregnancy) i would shop for shoes! I thought the one thing in my wardrobe that would remain constant...but nope! how mistaken i was and now not only are they currently not fitting but by the sounds of things, they'll likely never fit!
sigh....
i guess i'll just keep shopping for the baby
and one day i'll have my time to shop for myself again!
I'm 36 weeks, and normally wear a size 8 woman's shoe. At the end of September, my feet seemed to blow up and I had to shuffle around in a pair of size 9 flipflops. Yesterday, my mom took pity on me and bought me two new pairs of shoes - size 10 1/2! (I live in Ontario, Canada, so flipflops were NOT cutting it anymore lol).
I really hope they go back to normal after baby arrives!
