Raspberry leaf: how much are you drinking?

I was having 1 cup daily in my first 2 trimesters. I'm 26 weeks now and I've been trying to have 3-4 cups per day.

How much raspberry leaf tea are you drinking?

    I never had a sip throughout my whole pregnancy.

    that sounds perfect!

    i drank 1 cup in the first trimester, 2-3 cups in the 2nd and 3-4 cups in the 3rd

    2/day. I could probably up my intake but I am not a huge fan of it.

    I'm just doing 1/day but my bladder can't handle tea/coffee these days! I should probably up it to 2.

    In the second trimester I only drank one cup per day. Now in the third I have been drinking 3 cups a day. I increased to 3-4 cups a day at about 36 weeks and will continue to drink as much as I can until this baby is born!
    After 2 years of TTC, our daughter was born on Oct 31, 2011!
