quick easy meal ideas! HELP!

I need something that is quick and easy for supper tonight!  It can go in the oven but quick prep time so I can get unpacked (we just moved!). GO!

    What meat do you have on hand? What else do you have on hand?

  • we're having jambalaya:

    throw in 2c rice, 5c chicken broth or water,w/bouillon, chopped chicken and/or shrimp and/or polish sausage, a can of Rotel, whatever seasons you have on hand (creole, s/p, cayenne, hot sauce, onion powder, worcestershire, garlic), a chopped onion/celery/pepper.

    Simmer 20 minutes or so.

    Pizza, sandwiches, salad, tuna, etc?

  • No pizza or fast food joints in town...we are very small haha!  Hmm canned chicken, burger, the basics pastas, rice, bread, tortillas...
