"Just" about to expire Nutramigen AA, WWYD?

So my LO has been diagosed with a milk protein allergy. Tried all sorts of elimination w/o succes while BFing and now have her on Nutamigen AA

Our insurance will not cover it so were left to pay out of pocket which brought me to CL.  I was excited to pay $25 to a case cause we would easily get through by the end of November the month it expired. MY BAD, it expires the 1st of the expiration month. Now i know its not going to go bad over night but how long of at all after would you use it?
