Thought it might get us in the spirit!

1. Is your house decorated? Nope-all of our Halloween stuff is packed away since we originally thought we'd be moved by now. It was a PITA trying to find DD's costume buried out in our POD!

2. Will you/did you carve pumpkins? Not sure-we have 5 pumpkins, but again the carving set is buried in the POD-depends if we feel like digging it out!

3. Do you roast pumpkin seeds? If we carve pumpkins, definitely!

4. Are you going to/hosting a party this year? If so, what will you and SO dress as? Nope!

5. Are you taking LO to any Halloween events/parties? We took her to a town party this past weekend. Might take her to strong museum this weekend. I wanted to get to the zoo, but that didn't happen. Her daycare will have a little parade/party on halloween

6. Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters? It's hit or miss-some years we get tons, others barely any

7. Favorite Halloween candy? I love all candy pretty much-reese's cups, snickers, dots, etc....like them all for different reasons!

2. Will you/did you carve pumpkins? I will, although I'm allergic to the inside of the pumpkin so it won't be fun.

3. Do you roast pumpkin seeds? Nope.

4. Are you going to/hosting a party this year? Nope.

5. Are you taking LO to any Halloween events/parties? There is a Halloween party at her daycare so I'll take her to that. We might walk to a few of the neighborhood houses as well.

6. Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters? Not at all :-(

7. Favorite Halloween candy? I'm not picky...as a kid I always liked the crunch bars. Halloween was about the only time I ever got snickers.

1. Is your house decorated? yes

2. Will you/did you carve pumpkins? we have 3 pumpkins on the porch and will carve them this weekend

3. Do you roast pumpkin seeds? absolutely!

4. Are you going to/hosting a party this year? If so, what will you and SO dress as? no parties for us and no dressing up.

5. Are you taking LO to any Halloween events/parties? We usually grocery shop Saturday morning at Wegmans, so I'll probably have them wear their costumes. I think their thing is 11-3.

6. Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters? maybe a couple dozen. This actually seems like a ton to me because I grew up in the middle of nowhere and the most we'd ever gotten as kids was 3 kids.

7. Favorite Halloween candy? Almond Joy and sadly I had to re-buy candy because I ate all of the Almond Joy and then started in on everything else.

1. Is your house decorated? Not specifically for Halloween but for fall. Pumpkins, scarecrows etc.

2. Will you/did you carve pumpkins? We did this last night. I really have started to enjoy doing it. I am going to get another pumpkin to try another! I just did a pattern of a witch stirring a brewing pot.

3. Do you roast pumpkin seeds? Yes but I need a good recipe.

4. Are you going to/hosting a party this year? If so, what will you and SO dress as? Saturday we are going to a friends party. It's for kids so we aren't dressing up but she will be a bee.

5. Are you taking LO to any Halloween events/parties? She has a small halloween party at her gym class on Wednesday, Friday is the big YMCA party that we are taking her to. Then Saturday is a friends party. She has 2 costumes, a bee and a dalmatian.

6. Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters? Yes, it's non-stop for 3 hours. We get hundreds of kids. It's pretty crazy.

7. Favorite Halloween candy? 100 grand bars. I can NOT be trusted around them. They are forbidden candy here. My second favorite has to be PB cups.

1. Is your house decorated? Yes. We have orange lights on the deck outside along with a few other decorations. Inside we have a lite-up pumpkin in the window, a candy corn garland, a ghost and a black cat on the walls, and some candy dishes around the kitchen and living room.

2. Will you/did you carve pumpkins? Yes, we will. Probably this Friday.

3. Do you roast pumpkin seeds? No.

4. Are you going to/hosting a party this year? If so, what will you and SO dress as? Nope, no parties for us.

5. Are you taking LO to any Halloween events/parties? Just ToTing with friends. I thought about taking them to a parade but we haven't decided yet.

6. Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters? I have no idea. We ToT in a different neighborhood with friends and we just leave out a bowl of candy. It is always gone when we get home, but we are on a main road with no sidewalks...so we could have one kid that takes the whole bowl!

7. Favorite Halloween candy? I love Milky Way, 3 Musketeers, Tootsie Rolls, and Starburst.

1. Is your house decorated?
I just realized that it's not. I have fall decorations up but that's it. Seems silly to put them up for a week.
2. Will you/did you carve pumpkins?
We have two small pumpkins and one medium sized one, so I was thinking of doing cutouts (pinterest idea) for the medium one.
3. Do you roast pumpkin seeds?
no
4. Are you going to/hosting a party this year? If so, what will you and SO dress as?
nope
5. Are you taking LO to any Halloween events/parties?
Maybe the pumpkin festival at home, to our neighbors and a few friends houses.
6. Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters?
Yes, probably around 250-300, we'll see how it is on a Monday this year.
7. Favorite Halloween candy?
Skittles, 3 Musketeers. Any candy really!

1. Is your house decorated? Just my mantle in my office...which is the entrance to my house...and a few random things on shelves. Oh and a carved wooden pumpkin outside! (not lit up yet)

2. Will you/did you carve pumpkins? Plan to, haven't just yet!

4. Are you going to/hosting a party this year? If so, what will you and SO dress as? not this year... boo

5. Are you taking LO to any Halloween events/parties? nope

6. Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters? last year it was freezing and rainy, so we got like 3 kids. we'll see what happens this year! (our first Halloween in this house)

7. Favorite Halloween candy? ANYTHING CHOCOLATE!!!!!

3. Do you roast pumpkin seeds? We have not done this. DH actually made pumpkin pies last year with the real pumpkin and they were awesome.

1. Is your house decorated? Yes-I have mums, pumpkins, a trick-or-treat sign and a scarecrow outside, and various decorations inside (not overly done, just simple).

2. Will you/did you carve pumpkins? My BFF had a pumpkin carving contest that was adults only last Sat and it was a blast.

3. Do you roast pumpkin seeds? I think I did it once...

4. Are you going to/hosting a party this year? If so, what will you and SO dress as? We are going to a kids party on Sat afternoon and then later in the night to an adult dress up party. Not sure what we are going as...my old standby is usually a witch.

5. Are you taking LO to any Halloween events/parties? We went pumpkin picking, are going to a friend from preschool's party, and prob going to the Zoo Boo.

6. Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters? Yes-our street is usually packed with trick-or-treaters.

7. Favorite Halloween candy? Snickers hands down.

1. Is your house decorated? We have a plastic lighted pumpkin in the window, other than that, I've totally slacked this year.

3. Do you roast pumpkin seeds? Love them. I try to ration them, otherwise, they'd all be gone in one sitting.

5. Are you taking LO to any Halloween events/parties? His soccer group is having a party on Saturday morning.

6. Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters? OK amount. They all typically before 7pm.
