Teething Question

LO got the bottom two front teeth on September 17th and they aren't even halfway out.  Now the one of the top front has just cut through and the next will cut in the next few days.  How long does it take for the tooth to fully emerge? 

Sorry for the dumb Q, I tried to google but I just kept coming up with answers to "how long until teething pain stops" or "when do teeth come in" which isn't what I need.

    DS's bottom teeth poked through about 2 months ago and they've been fully out for may 3 weeks now. His top teeth poked through last week and the right one is still barely visible to the eye, though it can definitely be felt with a finger.

    DDs bottom two took about 3 weeks to be fully in.

    Her top two broke through the beginning of October and are probably about 2/3 in now. 

    I think it can vary a lot from child to child and tooth to tooth.
