Anxiety???

I think I've been having anxiety the past couple days! I can't sleep because of a million different reasons, but during the day I feel like I just can't relax because a million things are going through my mind... none of which I have control over. The less sleep I get, the more I feel this way! I think I'm going to take some Benedryl tonight so I can hopefully sleep more than 3 hours and hope that helps! Anyone else?

    Absolutely. I try not to think about anything. Otherwise I would be in a constant state of panic! haha

    Me too!  I took a day off work today to finish up the nursery, get the car seat inspected, wash newborn clothes thinking knocking the last few things on my to do list would help me relax, but totally the opposite.  My heart has been racing and relaxation is the furthest thing from my mind.  Maybe working to the very end will end up being good for me so that I don't have too much time to dwell on what is happening soon.  I was really surprised by how anxious I have felt all day today.  Glad I am not the only one!  Hope you get some sleep tonight!

    I hear you. I'm getting anxious over the fact that I'm running out of weekends to finish things. I have to keep reminding myself that all this LO really needs is me, a boob (or bottle) and a onesie. I try to meditate or have some quiet time in the evening, and that really helps relax me and get me ready for bed. Good luck.

    Yup me too!  I just have a few things I need to finish in the nursery, I think I am going to finish them tonight and tomorrow clean my whole house once again.  I just want to make sure that everything is clean by the time LO arrives.  I see the doctor tomorrow and I'm hoping he will say it will be sooner than 40 weeks.
