When we drove to Pittsburgh on Friday and went through the tunnel I realized buffalo doesn't have a tunnel. Then I thought there might be people that have never gone through a tunnel if they have never left the area. I was just curious
I lived in Pittsburgh from birth-6.5 yrs, so I've been through many a tunnel! I used to try to count the lights inside them and would always get sick to my stomach. Oh memories! lol
DH was stationed in Norfolk VA and they have this tunnel system that goes under the ocean. I used to travel there a lot. There was also a tunnel I remember going through when we traveled to NJ to see my grandparents when I was a kid. I'm not sure where that one was. They scare the heck out of me. I'm a little clausterphobic so I'm happy when I'm out!

I've been on that bridge(Chesapeake Bay, right!). There is also a tunnel up in Massena NY that we went under, but it is a pretty quick one.
There is that one on aero drive. its not really much of a tunnel though. but i've been through one in pittsburgh and also the lincoln tunnel a couple of times.

I have been through a few when traveling through Penn. going to visit family there and in New Jersey. When I lived in Detroit we use to take the Windsor tunnel to get to Canada. It runs under the Detroit river.

I've been through the Lincoln tunnel many times. And when we visit my family in DE we go through the Lehigh Valley tunnel on the PA turnpike. I also went through a pretty long tunnel while I was in Europe in high school.
