Update to Late Implantation Bleeding

I wrote last night with a question about possible LATE implantation bleeding.  (Post is below, but summary is that we had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago yesterday / 2 sundays ago.  I'm still breastfeeding our toddler and my cycles are very irregular right now).  $$ store pregnancy test was negative on Friday.  Small (very small, only when I wiped and only once) spotting on Sunday afternoon - 2 weeks exactly after sex.  Ovulation probably occurred the Tuesday or Wed. after we had sex, if it occurred at all.

 Update:  I took a First Response test with 1st morning urine this AM and it was negative.  I'm thinking it's a no-go for this month?  But, if ovulation was Wednesday (as in, 12 days ago) and implantation was Sunday, should I continue to test on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week or just give it up?  Since my cycles are SOOO irregular since they started back in May (as in sometimes 2 weeks apart, sometimes months apart, sometimes I bleed for 2 days and sometimes I bleed for 3-4 weeks), waiting for my next period is going to be hard.  But I hate to waste the money on another test if I should give it up.


Would you test again Tues or Wed or just throw in the towel this month?

    I am currently spotting as well, the past 2 days actually. It is dark in color (sorry TMI) and AF isn't due until Friday. I tested yesterday and it was negative. I am going to test closer to Friday, and probably once after. If nothing, I am going to chalk it up to irregular period for this month.

    I would test again in a few days if I were you. I read the other day that if a woman experiences implantation bleeding, the best results for a BFP are usually the day after a missed period, just like anyone else.

    If you want to keep testing, just get yourself some internet cheapies from Amazon so that you're not wasting money. Or go to the Dollar Store.

    I wouldn't get my hopes too high, but test again in about a week.

    and like pp said, get internet cheapies.  they would probably arrive in less than a week, and 25 are cheaper than a pack of FRER.

    Just wanted to add, I just order wondos, expected delivery date is the 28th.
