Roseola?

Has anyone's DC had it? DD had it, textbook. Fever of 101+ for a week almost, then it broke, then the rash for about a day. Her fever broke Thursday of last week. But she still isn't herself. Is that typical? I am guessing it is, since she had that high fever for so long. But still, I figured since it broke so long ago, she would be ok now :(

That said, she has started STTN since it went away.... totally not worth the horrible week for her though :(

    LO had it a few weeks ago. She had a fever of about 100 for only one day, then 5 days later she had the rash for 2 days. She was only a little clingy and not herself the day she had the fever. She was totally normal and happy while she had the rash. That said, she's also had two ear infections in the past month and you'd never know it. She really never acts much differently when she's sick, so I'm not sure I'm the best to give advice. I'm sure it's normal that she's not 100% yet! Call the pedi if you're really concerned :)

    DD1 had it while we were traveling and it was awful.  She had a 103 degree fever for 3 days for no apparent reason.  We were a thousand miles from home and freaking out.  The doctors there didn't have any idea either.  When we finally returned home and took her to the doctor the rash had appeared and we found out what it was.  She didn't seem bothered by the rash at all, but it is apparently painful for them.  She was very, very cranky when she had the fever (understandably).
