Miles loved the Rody horse. Mom bought him one and kept it at her house...so he didn't play with it constantly like he probably would have at our house. But he loved it!
A relative gave Cal a Wahoo dog (same idea as Rody) for his 2nd birthday/Christmas, and he has never cared much about it. I'd skip it if I were you.
Childhood cancer (DH) + chemo + radiation = 0 sperm.
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
Life is beautiful!
DS likes his rody horse, but he had a balancing issue w/ it at first, and I've seen other kids w/ the same problem. It tilts backwards easily (as I saw when a friends DD cracked her head on the play table.... oy).
So my recommendation is to use it at first in as open an area as you can that is also soft!

We have a Baby Stella - is that what you mean? If so, meh... We got it as a gift and it is fine but it is no more special than any other baby doll to my DD. In fact DD has a thing for really ugly dolls - lol!

Elizabeth still likes the Rody, but she plays with it less now than she did 6 months ago. We got it off Craig's List so it's been worth it, but I'm glad we didn't pay full price!
After 20 months, 3 Clomid cycles and 4 IUI cycles, IVF #1 with ICSI = BFP!
They had generic rody's at BRU for half the price recently. I picked one up for D for Christmas so not sure if he will like it or not. He is all about riding toys ATM though, so this is a good fit.
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

Never heard of a Stella Doll, so I can't help you with that. Nicholas loves his Rody. I got it at a Yard Sale for $5. When he gets sick of it, Ava can use it (hopefully she won't mind that it's blue and not pink).
