Candy Corn...

I just for the first time read the ingredients and I cant bring myself to eat them now. They have carnauba wax in them which they use for waxing cars..they have glycerine in them and also mineral oil..I love these every season, I guess I need to read ingredients more often, I knew they weren't good for you with all the sugar but I had no idea that those other ingredients were in there :(

    Just dont read labels!  LOL!  There is crazy stuff in a lot of food to preserve it.  I love candy corn..and if it had a little carwax in it..Eh..  I'll keep eating them I trust mainstream things like that are safe, or it couldn't be sold.

    I wouldn't be too scared if I didn't have a baby the size of a plum in my belly :) He or she may not appreciate all that crap. But the few I had until I read the ingredients sure were yummy :)

    One of the Docs that I used to work for is a health nut and is Jewish (only eats kosher) and this is the only candy that he would eat. I wouldn't let it worry me.

    Hmm, interesting..I think I will give them up for the rest of my pregnancy and then indulge :)
