Still using them. I let down on both sides every time, so I need them all day because I'd never remember just to slide one in right before feeding. Just easier for me. I don't leak in between nursing sessions anymore, though.
It can vary a lot person to person, so there's really no way to know. I stopped using them around 6-8 weeks but some people have to wear them the whole time they BF.

I stopped wearing them a lot last week. I was out and thinking about nursing LO and I started leaking. I wear them when I go out now. I leak a little when I nurse but I usually use a burp cloth. I don't leak like I used to.
You wanna hear something sad? What I've saved on tampons by continuing to BF, I've spent on nursing pads!
That is to say, I'm nearing the one-year mark (which will also be the end of BFing for us) and I still go through a set of pads every day. It's better than it used to be; I used to go through 6-8 pads a day. Now it's just 2.
I guess technically now I should be SecondBabyMomma
I used them all day every day until he was 8 months old. I stopped leaking in between nursing/pumping around then. I still have to use pressure to prevent leakage from the other breast when I am nursing and let down though. I will be weaning for the most part next month and I am sure I will need them again as I start eliminating feedings.
I still use them as a precaution. More because after pumping or nursing, there's some residual milk and I'm afraid that'll leak through. I have the reusable ones, though, so it's not a big deal to keep using them.

Thats a good idea! I never thought of that especially when wearing a sports bra.
But in answer to your question, I never needed them this time, but with my first I cant remember when I stopped using them, maybe around 3 months?
