  Oh-oh...I've done it like 3 or 4 times since I'm pregnant...the firts time I ate 4 sandwiches!!!! It was way too good..... but my doc said that you can eat twice a week small fish (small while alive) portions--they have less mercury...

  Anyways I try to do it once a week or once every two weeks....and the 4 tuna sandwiches thing was a one time thing!!! ;D
