  I know my Hobby Lobby has plain blue onesies but not sure about long sleeve.  They might have them online too.  FYI- their sizes run small so order up.

  I just saw some plain long sleeve onesies at Target the other day.  I remember because I was shocked they were plain!  I don't remember if there was a light blue though, but there were a few different colors.  And they were on hangers - not folded.

  Kohl's had some the last time I was in there but I'm not totally sure about which colors they had. I got a bunch of the girl colors though and they are long sleeve and plain, so I figure they had blue too.
