Today, I looked down and I saw what seems to be the start of the linea nigra. It looks really pale brown. I have really fair skin, so that might make it more noticeable, but isn't it too soon for it to start showing?
It's never too soon for it to start showing---and, I say this only because I had one pre-pregnancy (and this is my first baby). I knew, without a doubt, that I would be blessed with a very obvious one when I got pregnant. Sure enough, I have it above and below my belly button
I noticed mine around week20 I think. I'm pale and mine is pretty faint, it doesn't really stand out or anything, but it does go all the way up my belly.
J just pointed it out to me a few nights ago. He was like, what is that line on your belly? I can't see that part of my stomach right now, except in the mirror, so I was surprised!

Haha, my DH had to point it out to me, too, for the same reason -- probably a week ago?

I don't have the linea nigra yet, but I did just find a very long (like 2 inches!) hair under my chin! I'm not a person with a lot of excess hair normally. It was blonde but seriously super long, like you might see on a billy goat. I usually don't even have to pluck my eyebrows. I'm wondering 1.) if this is because my baby is a boy and there's some more testosterone floating around in my bloodstream and 2.) how long it has been there and how many people saw it before I did! I can't wait to see what other interesting new grooming problems this pregnancy brings.
Sigh.

I don't have a linea nigra yet, but I do have a line of hair up and down that area. Makes me want to hide my belly from everyone. I may bleach it for pictures. I am Italian, it is DARK.
