Has anyone bought any? Where did you get them? I don't like the ones I've seen at JCP or Target.
C needs some light blue ones for her Dorthy costume! I figure light blue for a girl will be hard so my mom may need to end up sewing some on little boy socks.
I do want some white and other color ones for her every day wear.

I have seen colored ones before, but it doesn't look like they have any right now besides white and red.

We buy the Janie & Jack or Gymboree ones. We like them the best!
Ack, I missed the blue part, so sorry! I've picked up colored ones at both stores, kinda depends on what collections they have.
Long ago I got some for DD at BRU. I'm not sure I've ever seen colored ruffle socks, they're usually white, aren't they?
FWIW, I don't think Dorothy's socks had ruffles. They were plain.
try a children's boutique or make them if you're crafty.
Not sure where you live but there is a boutique in the strip center off kirby and ost that has a lot of ruffle socks...i think it's called children's etc. but it's in the strip across from the super target on main
