Help w/ transitioning baby to crib

Flame me, but yes I've been cosleeping with my baby for the last 10 months and now he won't sleep by himself! I had no intentions of cosleeping w/ him (we were going to do the bassenet in the room, however w/ 2 other young kids under 3 at the time, and baby #3 was being difficult at night w/ refusing to sleep in crib for no more than 10 minutes w/out crying, and it was soooo much easier to breastfeed him at night this way) I gave in and moved him to the bed. Now he is loving my bed and is refusing to leave. How did you transition him/her to his/her crib? Baby #3 wakes up the minute he feels that crib mattress. Baby is now 10 months and I think he is ready to sleep in his crib.

    I am co-sleeping noe and did the same with DS # 1, we transitioned him to his crib at 6 months through sleep training, CIO specifically.  It's not for everyone, but it worked for us.
