My Drs Apt today went well for a change!

I feel like I can breathe a little easier now after speaking with my Dr. and having a plan in place. As long as my HCG is 5 or less Monday I will start bc pills that night for 28 days. Once AF shows I will start stims for our next IVF cycle. The lab is closing the week after Christmas but my Dr. said that we will definitely get me in before then and we'll get to do our next IVF before the year is over. Were going to do the same meds protocol as last time and if the timing works out we will hopefully be getting a BFP right before Christmas! I told DH that I don't want anything for Christmas this year accept for a healthy LO growing in the right place this time!

I'm trying to stay optimistic but another part of me is scared because I know that if it doesn't work finding that out right before Christmas will make the holidays almost unbearable. I guess all I can really do is hope that 5th times the charm.

This non-medicated cycle is killing me. I thought my body would be one of those who wouldn't shut down after having the meds. But I think it has. No sign of ovulation and I'm still not sure how long I want to wait before calling for provera.

That's good news! I really hope that your levels will be below 5 on Monday and you can proceed with your plan!!! I'm going to be in the same boat - we will find out right before Christmas whether our IVF worked. I am hopeful that it will be a wonderful Christmas for us both! And I owe you an email - I'm so sorry...it's report card time and I've been a little busy. But I haven't forgotten!

Have you talked to your Dr.? I'm sorry your body isn't cooperating hun. I definitely understand how frustrating that is! Keep us posted! FX that your body ovulates on its own soon!
