Had our NT Scan today! (PIP and a question)

So we had our NT Scan today. Baby was measuring right on at 12 weeks 2 days. As far as I can tell, the other measurements came out OK. The neck measurement was 2.1 which she said was within normal range. I asked if it should be lower to be even better and she said no, that the measurement coincides with gestational age. She said anything under three is considered normal. She also pointed out the nasal bone. Had to do some coaxing to get baby in a position that allowed her to get all of the measurements and they did ab ultrasound, transvag, and then ab again. it was good to see baby and i'm pretty sure it waved, gave us the finger, and picked its nose... in that order

i am a little concerned looking at the nose and mouth area... that it looks strange. any thoughts?

will get the blood work back and official numbers in four days and see my ob next week... so i hope the news continues to be good. oh, and heartrate was 162.

your baby actually looks more "normal" than my did at my NT test (done at 11 weeks and 4 days). my scan looked like a HUGE upper lip/palate. I think she looks perfect!

Mine looked like it had a bad overbite, and its nose looked like a tiny penis. I think it's a combo of the face not being fully developed and the poor quality of ultrasound pictures.
