Work bathroom question

So someone in my office has left a brown paper bag in the bathroom. It says "Do Not Throw Away". It has been there for a few weeks now, at one point it was in a stall on the floor. Any ideas WTF this is?

That is bizarre. Wonder what they are using the measuring cup for? Hmmm....maybe I don't want to know.
TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!
