Summit Hills Apartments?

They've offered us a 3br on the 6th floor. Anyone have any input on this apartment complex?

    They're pretty nice. I had a friend who lived there for a while. It's really convenient to Metro/downtown Silver Spring, and there's plenty of parking. It's a pretty big complex.

    We lived there for 6 months, 6-7 years ago.  I really liked it.  It was very convenient and I thought the apartments were nice.

    I lived there for three years a decade ago. The apartments were spacious and building management was responsive. The only trouble we had was with the pipes - we had two sections of pipe replaced in our apartment due to leaks - so I would be sure to have renter's insurance from day one.
