What will the baby look like?

Who's dying to know if their baby is going to look more like mommy or daddy? I want my baby to look just like my husband. Like a mini-hubby. Which there's a pretty good chance, since all his traits are dominant over mine. I can't wait to see the baby's face!

DS is a spitting image of DH.

If we have a boy though, I really hope he's a clone of my husband because he was one freaking adorable kid.

It's crazy to think about. DH and I have a lot of the same features so I already know what some of the babies features will be.

That was one thing we were talking about yesterday. We both have green eyes, so that might happen later in the future. I keep joking with H telling him our baby will have red hair and blue eyes like I did. He just laughs. 9 months seems like forever for this one.

My gut tells me our baby will look more like my husband. His sisters and him all look exactly like their Dad. The gene's are strong on that side lol His nephew (His eldest sister's LO) looks EXACTLY like my H did when he was 2 and exactly like his Mom which leads me to believe they have dominate genes so I'd be perfectly okay with that. H was soooo cute when we was little! Little blonde curls, blue eyes and big dimples. Pure cuteness! (Not that he isn't cute now but you know what I mean lol)

I hope LO's eyes are the same as DS's. DH has brown eyes and I have blue eyes and DS's eyes are mostly blue but with hazel and green mixed in. I love them.

Oh goodness. I'm 5'5" 130 lbs. dark hair, dark eyes dark skin with petite features. dh is 6'5" 230 lbs. 100 percent dutch farm boy. blond hair, blue eyes very fair. we are both fairly atractive by social norms but i'm so worried for lo. he or she will either come out very cute or one ugly baby depending on what genes get mixed together. im actually more than a little scared. also because dh and his bother were both 12lbs so thats got me a little worried too.

If baby is a boy, I'd want him to look like DH. If baby is a girl, I'd want her to have more of my genes because all the girls in DH's family are fugly...lol!

Of course the #1 thing I want (along with everyone else) is a healthy baby. But, if I were able to choose what the baby looks like I would want him/her to look like me. My traits are more recessive, but DH also has blue eyes and fair skin.

It's funny though, because my mom's family has great Swedish genes, which should be recessive, but they have always come out in the grandkids. My half brother and sister are the spitting image of my mom's family and their dad is dark Italian! Same with my cousin whose mom's family is darker, she has natural platinum colored hair and ice blue eyes.

So I'm hoping for some Swedish looking babies!!!
