life insurance?

which carrier did you choose and why?  i tried to get this done while pregnant but was found out that pregnant women are basically uninsurable so i want to do it asap. thanks!

    USAA - we have all our insurance through them. That's interesting about not being able to get insurance while PG, we started our policies while I was PG with DS#1.

    I worked with a broker. He compared several different companies for me, to see where I could get the best rate. West Coast Life ended up being the best choice for me.

    Let me know if you need my broker's name. He was super cool, not at all pushy, always came to me (so I didn't even have to leave work), and even the nurse for the physical/blood draw came to my house... on a week-end. It was incredibly hassle-free.

    Our policies are also through USAA.  Our physicals/blood draws were at home as well.

    Some insurers will postpone giving you insurance until after you have delivered but there are companies who do offer pregnant women coverage. A life insurance quotes provider and broker can help you easily locate such companies. Free quotes will help you compare rates, products, terms and financial ratings of each company. Although USAA has some of the best ratings, there are additional costs in low-load policies like these that may add up to quite a bit in a 20-year policy. You should consider this aspect before purchasing.
