Just kidding - sort of. There was a little girl who said she was 3. She started off by going around squishing all the ladybugs she could. This time of year we get hundreds of them. I told her ladybugs were nice bugs and she should leave them alone. She laughed and I kid you not said "but I like to hear them scream".
DD is just starting to get confidence to go up the steps to the tall slide and down by herself. So this kid starts calling to me "It's slippery. What would happen if I pushed her down". She meant from the opening by the top of the slide. Yikes!
And she was at the park alone at 3. Her house backed on to the park and her mom was ducking her head out every 20 min or so but still, I thought it was weird.

You wouldn't be kidding about the serial killer thing.
i don't even let dd play in our stockade fenced backyard without someone out there with her.
This is so sad to me. She is so young and things are already really wrong. At 3 years old, if she is already showing those signs, she needs extra supervision and extra care- and sounds like she is getting the opposite.
