I have completely cut out soda and doing Weight Watchers, but due to being on a crazy night schedule for the past month, it's not really been as successful as I would like for it to have been.
With just cutting out soda, I am down 6 lbs.
Starting back on day shift tomorrow and looking forward to getting back into exercising!!! My goal is to lose 40 pounds before my birthday in May!
