not sure what to think

Ok, tonight after I finished work, was sitting waiting for my friend to finish so we coudl go home. Even though only 9 weeks preg the entire nursing home knows I'm preg. Anyway, while I was waiting, another nurse walked by and she says "look at your bump". I responded with not a bump, just my normal stomach. As I'm overweight and have always had a belly. Then she comes over and puts her head on my belly and starts talking to baby. Just a little wierded out by this. Has this happened to anyone and how did you handle it?? Hoping I don't run into this woman much at work as she says she loves touching preg bellies and talking to babies.

It has not happened to me - but it would make me uncomfortable. If she approached me again, I would lie and tell her I feel nauseated, so please dont do it.

Ewwwww...... the first time some random person tries to touch my belly they are going to find themselves getting slapped.

I'm really uncomfortable being touched by friends and family, let alone colleagues or strangers. So when I see someone's eyes latching onto the belly like they are about to reach out to touch it, I cross my arms across it. So far, that has done the trick to keep them away.

I had a co-worker find out I was pregnant even though I wasn't ready to share with her my news. But I am a horrible liar and when you work for the medical offices that you see it makes it hard. Well, said co-worker comes into the office the other day at the end of the day and says..."wow, your already getting pudgey!" to which I responded "shut up!". I could get over that part but then she put her hand on my belly! I looked at her and said "are you really one of those people?". I could not believe it! Especially since I have actually lost 10 pounds. She is so inappropriate with her comments. I am glad I don't work directly with her everyday!

Am truly hoping I don't see her much. Luckily she works in on a different floor and rarely have to work with her. Hoping that conts becasuse not sure I can control myself if she does it again.
