Breakfast ? I usually do a Nutrigrain bar and yogurt
Snack ? crackers, fruit or cheese stick
Lunch ? If I don't have leftovers, I usually just run downstairs to the cafe. They have different specials each day (today I had a chili dog and salad), but usually I get a house salad or grilled cheese with chips. Sometimes I get a grilled cheese with bacon on it.
Snack II ? usually an apple, sometimes I get a cookie or muffin at lunch and have that for my snack
Dinner ? This varies a lot, but our most popular items are ? chicken and rice casserole, potato soup and jalapeno bread, jalapeno popper grilled cheese, frozen pizza, pigs in a blanket, spaghetti, burritos, and breakfast for dinner
Breakfast - either a bagel with cream cheese, an omlette or cereal. Drink - skim milk
Lunch - soup, salad with grilled chicken, pasta with grilled chicken, stir fry with shrimp or steak

Can I come eat with you??
Breakfast- granola bar/skim milk or Egg McMuffin w/OJ
Snacks- yogurt, cheese cubes, fruit snacks, chips & salsa
Lunch- leftovers usually, or soup w/pb&j
Dinner- Pizza (a lot... ), steak, Mexican anything (homemade or bought), casseroles, big salads... Basically, anything easy and yummy. I've been baking dinners a lot more lately. I've also been thinking about busting out the crock pot. I am usually so worn out by the time I get home that I just want something fast so I can put my feet up. Tonight's menu: Baby back ribs, mac & cheese (gotta have it!), and salad.
breakfast is greek yogurt with honey, fruit and usually a handfull of oatmeal flakes
lunch: I usually bring the following to work and "graze" throughout the day, at 10, 12, 2, and 4 : an apple, string cheese, pb&j sammie (which gets eaten 50% of the time, and given to my coworker the other 50%), a jello pudding, and some cut up peppers and cucumbers
dinner: whatever my husband cooks! last night it was homemade pizza, sunday it was roast turkey and sweet potatoes and green beans. I'm lucky he loves to cook and makes me very healthy stuff! tonight I'm having a sandwich from cosi because I'll be between work and our breastfeeding class.
It all depends on what I'm in the mood for, but this is usually my weekly list...
Breakfast- fruit yougurt parfait, eggs, sausage, and toast, muffin and fruit or sometimes just cereal and fruit. Now that it's cooler, I'm starting to crave oatmeal again!
Lunch- grilled cheese and tomato soup, chicken ceasar salad, soup, leftovers from the night before, a sandwich, or once in a while Chick Fil A!
Snacks- granola, fruit, applesauce, trail mix, yougurt and fruit, or sliced apples w/pb.
Dinner- fish (choice of tuna, salmon, tilapia, or cod) at least once a wk, red meat only once a wk, (usually strip steak med rare), chicken any way I can get it, or pasta w/some either shrimp, chicken, beef, or pork. Sides include coucous, rice and beans, veggies, salad, pasta, and one vegitarian meal a wk.
Wow reading these makes me almost embarrassed about my eating! I have very little appetite most days!
Breakfast: if i eat anything it's a bowl of cereal
Lunch: usually a hot pocket, ramen, french fries, or a lunchable.
Supper: if the DH is home we rotate between Tacos, chicken fried rice, pizza, crunchy onion chicken, or pasta-with rolls, corn or green beans, and some form of potato. Since DH usually works evening though I usually eat another hot pocket, more ramen, or chicken friend rice!
Snacks: pudding cups, string cheese and pepperoni, cheez-its, crackers.
I feel horrible about how i'm eating though! I know it's probably not enough but I feel as if i'm choking down food most of the time.

I try to eat healthy but pregnancy has really made me have crazy cravings.
Breakfast-oatmeal, banana with peanut butter, boiled egg, cereal with silk, or a odwalla bar
Snack- mixed unsalted roasted nuts minus peanuts, yogurt, fruit, or natural applesauce
Lunch- Sandwich, salad, leftovers, or a lean cuisine. We have a subway at our work so I eat that from time to time. Dh and I will go eat Vietmanese or something else from time to time at lunch.
Dinner- When Im home by myself I sometimes eat Chickfila or a bowl of cereal with silk. My husband cooks dinner when he is off that night. So we eat Salmon, grilled shrimp, steak, grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, and acorn squash.
I give into my cravings from time to time. I do drink my water at least 2 liters everyday but I do drink either a coffee, dr pepper, or a sweet tea everyday. I just cant give up my caffeine. Sorry little guy momma loves her caffeine!!!!
My day-to-day isn't all that different from my pre-pregnancy eating routines, save for the extra snacking! (this would be a workday example)
Breakfast: yogurt and fruit / bagel and cream cheese / reduced fat turkey bacon and swiss breakfast sandwich from Sbux. Juice. Some days I have a small cup of coffee or small latte.
Snack: apple / orange / yogurt / peanut butter crackers.
Lunch: leftovers from the night before / soup and 1/2 sandwich from Panera / gyro w/ Greek salad
Snack: icecream / cheese and crackers
Dinner: I love cooking and try new recipes often so dinner is always different... This week we're having: Chicken Tamale Casserole, Corn & Carrot Chowder, Chicken Schnitzel w/ Wile Rice & Roasted Broccoli, Crock Pot Lasagna, and Chicken Pad See Ew.
Breakfast: Usually some sort of cereal, a piece or two of fruit (I have been looooving bananas these day!!!), and some fruit juice or almond milk
Lunch: Again, fruit!!! Most likely with some sort of sandwich. PB&J cravings have been coming up a lot lately
Dinner: Stir frys, soups, and pasta salads have been coming up a lot lately, always with a side of a very leafy salad.
Snacks: Dry cheerios, nuts, or a piece of fruit
Guilty pleasures : There is this great market down the street from my apartment and I love their apple pie!!! Also, I love getting my decaf, soy pumpkin spice latte in the morning. Yum yum yum.
John lives on a pizza/ grilled cheese diet. Darn him and his fast metabolism!! It's been hard staying away from his tempting food....
Afternoon snack: fruit of some kind then followup with chocolate
Dinner: whatever I feel like making that day. Current rotation is pasta, chicken (parmesan, roasted, sauteed with veggies etc), soup (lentil or chicken noodle), or takeout!
DH has been making green smoothies (spinach, kale, leafy greens) in our blender so I have 1-2 glasses a day to make sure I am getting more fruits and veggies. Sounds gross but its actually not that bad!
