Really just long walks in the neighborhood, zoo trips, etc.
I walk about 2 miles a day with DD.
TIA.
For these activities I think you will hate having a permanently fixed wheel. It is so much harder to turn corners, avoid rocks, etc. I think it's really awkward personally (even when I am running with it).

They are pretty hard and annoying to maneuver. I was constantly having to re-adjust going straight because it would veer to the left or the right almost all the time.
I use it for long walks on dirt roads and it is a bit of a pain but worth it because otherwise I'd have to spend a couple hundred more dollars. But you don't need a jogging stroller for neighborhood and zoo walks. Just get a good regular stroller.

Ditto. The fixed wheel will be no good for what you want.
Why not just keep the one you have?
The BOB revolution's front wheel can either swivel or lock. So can the City Mini's, but the CM should not be used for jogging. It's fine for walks, etc. Take a look at it. Joggers are bulky and heavy, I don't understand why anyone who isn't going to use it for jogging would want to lug a jogger around!

Def don't do a fixed wheel! We have one and I hate it. Such a pain to maneuver.
Used less than a half dozen times in 5 years that's how much I dislike it. I'm currently selling it on craigs b/c it's in like new condition!
