I just ran across this in my favorites and I thought I would share.  I used www.contractionmaster.com when I was in labor, and it was terrific.  you just hit the space bar when a contraction begins and hit it again when it ends, and the computer keeps track of how long the contraction is and how far apart so you can easily keep track without having to look at the clock and calculate.  it was a lifesaver, and my DH was glad I had found it!
