Having a horrible visit with my mom

We've been fighting for the last two days. We still have tomorrow and Monday to get through. She leaves on a 7 am flight on Tuesday.

I am way to raw right now from our fight tonight. It was way too real and honest. I'm going to go have a glass of wine and go to bed. Hoping tomorrow will get better.

I'm so very sorry you're having a rough visit. If it's any consolation, my mom is here too and I've been dealing with passive-aggressive and judgy behavior since Tuesday. I'm counting down the hours until I drop her off at the airport tomorrow. I totally feel your pain.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. My parents were just here a few weeks ago (music midtown weekend) and my mom got into a HUGE fight with DH and I. She totally stepped over the line involving the kids. Very raw emotions. She didn't speak to me for 3 weeks...tons of crying. it was awful.

The one good thing is this has all been a learning experience for me on how not to act with my kids especially Aerin.
