  Try walgreens.com.  I was just browsing there last night and they have a lot of options where you can add your own text and do your own thing.  Otherwise, check out tinyprints.com or shutterfly.com.

  I also want to do a birth announcement/christmas card combo...but have not seen one that was two sided. I did just see some cute photo ones on shutterfly yesterday. I actually liked them better than what I saw (and they were a better price) on etsy.

  Im not sure about the double sided thing, so sorry if I can't help with that... but I did have an idea that I might be doing and thought I would share....

   What about doing a Christmas themed announcement where you write something like "Christmas came early for us this year!" .. and you can include the date/height/weight on it, combining both into one card on the same side
