Gah! I'm getting sick of drinking water!

I've been trying very hard to stay away from drinking too much pop & sugary juice, I have almost completely eliminated caffeinated beverages from my daily diet, I  have always been a big water drinker, but Ive SO thirsty with this pg that I can't stop drinking. On an average I drink close to 5L a day of water. Lemon helps me, but what are you ladies using to quench your thirst?

  • I like the Crystal Light Natural. It comes in lemonade or punch flavors. I get the travel packs and pour one into my water bottle and it makes a refreshing treat! I'm in the same boat as you.. cut out all caffeine, and drink VERY little soda so I need SOMETHING to spice it up a little. lol.

  • I drink water.  Get a Camelback water bottle.  I find I can drink a lot more of it when I am using one of these bottles.

    I also have a cup of coffee in the morning.  You don't have to cut out all caffeine.

  • I have a bottle of water in my hand at all times of the day. I have been a big water drinking for several years, so this was kind of normal. I do drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning and 1 pop in the afternoon. My doctor said it was fine since I do drink SO much water.

  • I recommend Izzy! Naturally flavored fruit soda. NO added sugar, NO caffeine.

  • At night I usually fill a big glass of water and put in just a little bit of juice (maybe 2-3 oz). Gives the water lots of flavor and you arent drinking straight, sugary juice.

    I get so tired too from drinking water all day so the juice is kind of a treat for me at night.

  • I don't know how easy it is to find, but there's a drink called Hint which is basically water that is slightly flavored, no calories.  https://www.drinkhint.com/

  • Put cucumber and lemon in your water. It sounds odd, but it's really good!

  • I feel the same way--I'm always the thirsty, but drinking water is a chore to me.  I've been mixing half lemonade or juice and half water with lots of ice.

  • I drink ALOT of water before pregnancy, however since I became pregnant I am not a huge water fan. I add crystal light to mine to make it tolerable, cant stand water anymore.

    I also drink decaffinated tea on occasion or apple juice.

    If I am going to splurge I have a rt.beer or cherry sprite. (maybe once a week at most)

  • I add Propel mix to my water....kiwi strawberry!  It is SO yummy!!
