I've been trying very hard to stay away from drinking too much pop & sugary juice, I have almost completely eliminated caffeinated beverages from my daily diet, I have always been a big water drinker, but Ive SO thirsty with this pg that I can't stop drinking. On an average I drink close to 5L a day of water. Lemon helps me, but what are you ladies using to quench your thirst?

I drink water. Get a Camelback water bottle. I find I can drink a lot more of it when I am using one of these bottles.
I also have a cup of coffee in the morning. You don't have to cut out all caffeine.

At night I usually fill a big glass of water and put in just a little bit of juice (maybe 2-3 oz). Gives the water lots of flavor and you arent drinking straight, sugary juice.
I get so tired too from drinking water all day so the juice is kind of a treat for me at night.
I drink ALOT of water before pregnancy, however since I became pregnant I am not a huge water fan. I add crystal light to mine to make it tolerable, cant stand water anymore.
I also drink decaffinated tea on occasion or apple juice.
If I am going to splurge I have a rt.beer or cherry sprite. (maybe once a week at most)
