How much is your LO eating?

My LO will be 2wks on Wednesday. Shes eating 3oz abt every 3hours. Sometimes she downs it all and acts like she wants more. Other times she only finishes 2oz and might spit a bit. Its getting a little frustrating.

So how old is your LO? And how much does he/she eat?

My LO is almost seven weeks old and loves to eat. He is at 5 oz. every three hours. Sometimes he can go for longer and sometimes he goes less. I was concerned but the doc told me that he is perfectly fine and that when an infant is hungry you feed them. Do not be concerned. You are doing fine and is your LO!

My DD is 9 weeks old and she just moved up to eating 4oz every 3 hours. She is FF. She does at night feedings only put down only 3 oz.

When my dd was 2 weeks she was only eating 1.5 oz. However she was a preemie born 6 weeks early.

DS eats 5-6oz each bottle and has 5 bottles a day.

11wks and we just officially moved up to 5oz a couple days ago. They are really inconsistent in the first months, we had a solid week (around 7wks) when LO was taking 6oz at every bottle, then quickly went back to 4oz every 3hrs. I waited for her to finish every drop of the 4oz, for about 10days before I moved her up to 5oz.

If LO seems hungry I would wait a few mins, then offer another 1oz. Sometimes it takes them a few minutes to realize they are full, and it's better to wait a few, instead of stuffing them right away. (less spit ups this way)

DD is 4 weeks old and is FF and eats 4oz every 3 hours. At night before bed I give her 5oz and she will usually sleep another hour. She does love to eat!

5 oz at 11 weeks. She was hungry but not finishing her bottles so I upped her to 5 oz and now she goes a little longer. Lately she has a half and then 1/2 hr later she finishes or she will nap in between. A little frustrating but oh well.

DS is 3w4d, and downs between 4-5oz when I give him a bottle 2-3 times a day (usually formula), and we BF 4-5 times a day. He eats every 3 hours from 7am-7 or 10pm, then maybe once in the night. He doesn't usually spit up, and when he does, its just a little from not burping.

My son is 4 1/2 weeks old and he eats anywhere from 3-5 oz. every 3 hours.

Mine is 2 weeks old and the doctor said today she should be having 1-2 ounces and nursing every 2-3 hours. I guess if they want more than that it's all gravy!
