I used to go to Angel Face off 360 in S. Austin. I can't seem in a quick google search to find it but her daughter's waxing salon Angel Face II keeps showing up and I hear she's just as good.

A second vote for Angel Face II (Burnet and North Loop). Least painful and best wax I've ever had and reasonably priced. (I went there once/month for about 3 years) Bonus for you! She's had a c-section so I'm sure she understands the scar issue.
