June 2012 Moms

should I be worried?

Last week, just as I found out I was pregnant I had a few symptoms such as nausea, sore breasts, constipation, extreme tiredness, and having to pee constantly.

Now I just have sore nipples, I'm kinda tired, and that's about it. I'm just sliding into week 6 and am worried that my symptoms are decreasing.

Should I go get things checked out?  I'm not sure what my insurance will cover.

Re: should I be worried?

  • Symptoms come and go.  I got nervous bc my boobs stopped hurting and now they're back in full force.  Don't read too much into it, especially this early.  Some women go without symptoms for weeks.

  • Thanks, I'm holding out until November 4th when my first OB appointment is to go in and get things checked out.  I appreciate the support, it really means a lot to me... I guess I'm just a nervous nube over here.

  • Symptoms will come and go, i honestly wouldn't be worried unless you are bleeding.

  • That's what these boards are all about. :) We all have worries and are going through new changes with our bodies every day - so this is a great place to ask questions and get feedback. As others have said - symptoms come and go. I feel like this is a great place to be yourself and ask all the questions you want (I'm finding it's especially helpful if you're waiting to tell anyone until the 1st tri is over - it's so awesome to have this space to spill your guts!)...

    Yes Couldn't agree more!

  • I haven't had too many symptoms either and then, go figure, I was up ALL NIGHT last night feeling sick to my stomach and tossing and turning. It was awful. Can't even touch food today. Be glad you feel good! :)

  • Perfectly fine. Symptoms can come and go.
