TTC After a Loss
Introducing myself (children mentioned)
I went off BCP in May and get got our BFP on August 15. We had our first Dr. appt on Sept 22. When dr did u/s she found no baby, just a really nice sac and placenta, measuring 7 weeks (I should have been 9). Had a D & E the following week, on the 29th. Physically I felt fine just a few days after. Emotionally it's been up and down, although the last two days have been much better. I went back to Zumba this past week and that really boosted my mood. Just in the past two or so days have I even entertained the idea of TTC again and brought it up to my DH. This is our second loss (I had DS#1 in 1996, had a mmc in July 2005, DS#2 was born Oct 2006). I'm very nervous about TTC once given the OK by my Dr. I was a wreck when pg with DS#2 due to having had the mc. But I had work to kind of keep my mind off things. This time I'm a SAHM and I feel like I won't have the distraction that I did before. Plus I just don't know if I can handle another loss. This time around really hit me hard.
Wow, that was rambling and I'm sorry for that. I hope that I can find support here, especially on the hard days, and offer my support as well.

BFP#3 Dec 21, 2012. Beta #1 @14dpo = 134, progesterone 67.8. Beta #2 @ 17dpo = 664! Team green, EDD 9/1/13, healthy baby boy born 9/12/13!
