3rd trimester sex!

Is anybody else having a hard time with sex now? Im don't want any since i was 30 weeks, I feel so bad for my HB and I don't know what to do, he says is ok for him, but how good things can be? im 38 weeks and 1 day, don't know what to do! Im the only one?

No, you are not the only one. We've tried but it just takes so much WORK it's not fun and it just doesn't feel good. We have talked about it and my husband says the same as yours, that it's okay, and that he wants me to be comfortable & happy. He doesn't want me to do it if it doesn't feel good. We understand it's a temporary situation and we try to be intimate in other ways -- cuddling, kissing, touching, massaging, whispering sweet nothings... whatever makes us feel close. Try it when & if you feel like trying, and don't give up on intimacy. Making love does not have to be strictly defined as having intercourse. Don't let it drive a wedge between you.

I must be the odd one out - I love 3rd tri sex, lol. Besides, it helps things move along, so to speak - between semen and orgasms, you're helping ripen the cervix, etc. Still going strong in week 39 here, haha.

However, the only positions that really work are spooning, and me being on top (which is the preferable of the two). Plus, there's the knowledge that since I'll be breastfeeding, things tend to come to a halt sexually for a long time - think it's a hormonal thing, but I had NO drive, the boobs were obviously out of the picture, and then you're recovering for a while. I say, get it while you can, lol.

I won't lie, it's been ages since we have actually had sex lol. We've tried, but either I end up having to pee or i get sick or something lol. Usually when i want to do anything it's while he is at work, so i wait until he gets home ( which can be days) and by then I'm to tired and would rather take a nap beside him lol. not to mention we already have a huge height difference that makes it interesting anyways.. to add my belly now.. i dont even know how it'd work haha. But I told him come the time we get the okay for things to get rolling that it will be on every day haha.

It sucks bad for us. Missionary is the only one comfortable for my vag, but the belly makes it difficult. Plus, I currently have a UTI so nothing is going on. I feel bad for MH because I can't even give him a decent BJ thanks to my belly.

For me, it was really painful and uncomfortable up until a few weeks ago. Now I like it quite a bit.

Lots of lube and patience! Hubby is so patient and takes it slow. It really makes all the difference.

I felt the same but kinda forced myself once every two weeks, (he was so good to me all pregnancy and not once complained about lack of sex) but now so close to my due date and the idea that sex can help me get this baby out of me we will definitely have more sex...lol

I'm all about the sex now because I remember how long it was post-partum before I was in the mood and how uncomfortable it was. I want to get it in now before baby comes because I know we're in for a dry spell after.

Me and DH too! We had sex last night after a very long touch session.
We are also able to do it doggy style with a bunch of pillows under belly.
Knowing that its a minimum of 6 weeks post delivery before we'll be having sex again we're trying all we can to be sexual as often as possible.

Its difficult just because we have to be more creative with positions since I am huge now. We still have a very active sex life though 4 times a week. I love sex and hate to give it up no matter how big I am.

There's not a sex driven bone in my body right now. I feel sorry my hubby as well, but after 10 years of marriage, he can wait a little bit longer. I promised him I will make it up.

I haven't had the big O in months. We try, and I just can't get there before I tire out. I've resigned myself to this fact and hope that I can get it back eventually. We cuddle and hold each other and I'll pleasure him. It's working for now, but it is a little depressing.
