Not Your Typical Mobiles

I am starting to buy stuff for the babies room, I want stuff that either grows with bean or that I can reuse in my own home which is where our steampunk theme came from. Anyone that is thinking same thing might find these mobiles really nice! one I really like....

Those are really neat! I really like the second one. Wonder how hard they would be to make?

first thing my husband said was I could make that lol. A lot are made out of copper and aluminum they are fun and a reusable for art around house.

I would think they wouldn't be too complicated to make, and cute. I know for myself I don't think I could swallow buying a $200 mobile.

TBH, none of those seem appropriate for a baby's room- more like an outside patio as decoration. There are some cute ones in the Baby&Kids section, though- like the birds, balloons, bunnies, moon and stars- none of those scream 'baby' and could definitely gorw with a young child.

Although the first one you had was very pretty- loved the colors. I'm wondering if you could get the same effect with ribbon and wire?

honestly they are really expensive and i wouldn't want scraps of metal hanging above my child... seems like an accident waiting to happen. they look like they belong outside.

they will not be hung over a crib they are hung from ceiling as art ... Like I said only for someone who likes a different type of mobile I like an art look over traditional baby things. They would only be dangerous if you are incapable of hanging something securely.

I don't really like them but I think you could take the idea and make your own, maybe different material. I agree. There is no way I would be spending $200 on that. That seems a bit insanely priced to me.
