Baby Acne at 7 weeks

What is everyone doing for baby acne? My LO has baby acne and a slight rash assumably from drooling and formula. I wipe all the time and clean his chin with a warm cloth throughout the day, but he still has it. The pedi said to use Aquafore, but I would never put something petrolium based on my pimples... I still did try for two days, but didn't see it working.

    DD1 had really bad baby acne. Besides washing her face often with a warm cloth, we pretty much just let it run it's course.

    We're dealing with this now. I have a sample of Aquafor, but it just seems so oily. I'm trying it, but not really sure that it will work. I have noticed it in general getting better since we started daily baths as part of our bedtime routine (only use soap every other day though). I use just a warm, wet wash cloth on LO's face. We'll see if the Aquafor helps, but like I said it's so oily I'm not sure that it will do anything. I know it will run it's course, but it's driving me nuts. lol.

    Just wash it regularly with warm water. Otherwise, it will go away. DD and DS both had it pretty bad around 5-6 weeks old. After 2-3 weeks it cleared up. I think it's pretty normal for them to go through a stage like that.

    My pedi said to leave it alone.  From 5 to 8 weeks I watched it progress (and clear in the same order in a rolling 5 days) from nose to ears to cheeks to chin to forehead to neck to chest and back(!) and now it's gone.  There were seemingly hundreds on her cheeks and I was concerned it was going to go down to her belly button!
