What do you ladies know about chicory root? I have some lasagna noodles
to cook up (the ones that come in the purple box by Catelli). I've been
craving home made lasagna for a while and made a fresh pot of sauce,
now I just have to get the noodles going. I thought I read somewhere
that chicory root isn't good for pregnant women. But since its in the
noodles (not fresh) and I will be cooking them to a boil, then baked in a
hot stove, would it be ok to eat?
