Nbr: pedicure Twilight Zone

So right now I am getting a pedi. Work was slow so I escaped for a bit. Who can pass up sitter time. Thought some may find this funny. I tried a new gorgeous place recommended by two friends. The guy is now talking on the phone. I soaked in water for 30 minutes Before even being started on. As soon an he finished the other girl And I was waiting still he came back in smelling like cigarette....yes making me Wait longer so he could smoke. Oh wait he got off t he phone and it just rang again. To top it all off the towels smell stale from up here... Like they didn't make it to the dryer soon enough. WTH. I seriously feel like I am In the Twilight Zone. I'm not a hard to please girl either. Oooo. There goes his THIRD Phone call. Wonder if I'll be tipping...

    I'd insist on service soon threaten to leave or just leave.  I don't like to be kept waiting for that kind of thing.  Its rude and I certainly would not be returning to that shop again.

    Edit- I don't mind someone taking a phone call but not more then one.  And the smoke break was unnecessary when you've already been waiting.  I'm not someone who gets easily annoyed but that situation is just way to much and so unprofessional.

    Omg. As I am sitting under the light drying the lady comes up and says (Exact words) "you wanna pay me now"....then "oh good. I love cash". Holy hell. I'm too nice to not pay. He did a good job but everything else as far as service... Just wow.
