I totally don't remember your username, but I told you I would find the directions thread for changing your siggy.
First, upload your photo onto a photo sharing site like tinypic. Then copy the code that starts with <a href>. Then follow the directions below.

It isn't intuitive at all. It is way more annoying to change your siggy than it used to be!
Click on your avatar:
Click on Edit My Avatar and Sig, at the top:
Scroll down to the bottom and add your codes:
