I'm looking for one of those back pack baby carriers for hiking. What are the pros/cons of yours?

I hike with a soft structured carrier (Ergo or Boba) any time I can (ie: when DH or someone else hikes with me and can carry the gear).

When I'm on my own, I use a Deuter carrier. I have found it's the most adjustable carrier for parent and baby.

I second the Ergo, I used mine a lot. I now use my mei tai, I would recommend both though.
