I wanted Margaret because it's a meaningful family name in both of our families, but MH says that "Molly Margaret" sounds like a Saturday Night Live character. I'm still pushing for Margaret, but I want to make a list of other possible names.
2 things:
Is Molly Margaret that bad (other than the alliteration if that bothers you)?
If anyone has any ideas for middle names, I'd love to hear them!
ETA: Our last name starts with T, is 3 syllables, and ends in "ella"
Re: Middle name for Molly?
Molly Elisabeth
Molly Elise
Molly Katherine
I like Molly Margaret also.. good pick!
Why not name her Margaret and call her Molly? I think Molly stands alone without a formal name just fine (it's on our short list w/o a formal name!), but if you love the family association, why not play with that?
As far as middle names...
Molly Elizabeth
Molly Claire
Molly Joyce
This! Molly is a nn for Margaret, so why not name her Margaret and pick a middle name for that?

Although I like it, we want Molly without a more formal name. My cousin (who is close in age and we grew up together) is Margaret and I don't want to name our baby the same name. Otherwise I'd suggest it.
ETA: I should add that I'm not THAT tied to Margaret. I just like it.
Molly Christine
Molly Elizabeth
Molly Claire
Molly Kay or Kae.
My DD is Molly Elizabeth so I'm partial to that one ;-) I think Molly Margaret sounds nice, though I know of a Margaret who uses Molly as a nickname- she's older so I think at one time Molly was considered a legitimate nickname for Margaret. Just something to think about!
for me, Molly Margaret makes no sense. It's the "same" name twice (ie: Bill William Smith). I would not use Margaret at all if you are settled on Molly.
Molly Beatrice
Molly Jane
Molly Elizabeth
Molly Christine
Molly Shannon (ha! kidding!)

Thanks for the input everyone! There are some great ideas here.
I really didn't think about Molly being a nickname for Margaret because I'm used to only hearing it as a stand alone name. I hadn't thought that it might be like a double name (like pp said "Bill William"). I always thought it was derived from Mary, not Margaret.
molly margaret really isn't that bad. it isn't the best but since it's a family name that trumps flow.
molly elise
molly noelle
molly elaine
molly juliet
molly caroline
molly brooke
molly nicole

Depending on your last name, I think Molly works best with a single syllable middle name - especially if your last name is long like "Donovan"
Molly Kate
Molly Jane
Molly Beth
Molly Rose
Molly Ruth
But it also works well with longer middle names if your last name is short like "Smith"
Molly Elisabeth
Molly Catherine
Molly Alexandra
Molly Margaret
