Is today day 13th? I have been trying to wait patiently... anything?

I'm cautiously optimistic today.
My temp went down a little, but it was still super high for me 98.8, so that makes me feel pretty good. I did have one month in the last year that wasn't a C/P and my luteal phase was 14 instead of 13 (was 12 the next month). So I guess tomorrow's temp, if it's high, will really make me thing things might be OK.
Even though I probably still have 75-ish IU of hCG in my system, I went ahead and POAS on an FRER this morning. Wasn't really FMU because I got up to pee at 4, so this was only after 3 hours of sleeping. I was out of ICs, so I don't have anything to compare to from the past, but what I do know is that with my December and May C/P, my ICs and digitals were positive, but the FRER was never positive, except maybe a shadow long after the time expired. Today was a real second line. Fingers crossed.
The bad news is that I called my RE office to talk to my favorite nurse, and they told me that she has left the practice. Are you kidding me?? She was the only reason I liked it there. If this month didn't work, and we end up moving forward with IVF in our future (like DH's insurance changes), now there is no reason whatsoever to keep me from switching to the other big practice out here. So now I get to wait for the nurse I hate to call me back, so ask how soon I can start the progesterone. Maybe if my temp is still high tomorrow? Still, she will definitely make me wait for my beta until Sunday, maybe even Monday.
I wonder if, if I'm really nice to her, if she will spill where my favorite nurse went.

I'm scared to jink anything, because maybe I'm just really hanging on to the hCG shots this month?
It could be a possibility that they are the g shots on the stick, but I am going to hold out good thoughts for it being a real bfp

Crazy that your favorite nurse left! I wouldn't stay to be stuck with L either. I bet you can get her to spill the beans though. Where are you switching to? CCRM? I know you have a friend there but just want to let you know that so far I really like University. All the doctors and nurses I have met so far have been wonderful. There's one front desk lady that isn't super friendly but don't have to deal with her too much anyway.
I don't think waiting for a couple days to start progesterone is that big a deal unless you're spotting. I didn't start until a week after my BFP and I'm sure that had nothing to do with the m/c.
