A lurker...coming out!

Hi, ladies,

I was never super active here but I did post occasionally during my pregnancy.

Now that I have some more free time, I'm ready to meet everyone...again!

Introduction: My name is Jen. I've been married to my college sweetheart a little over two years. I got pregnant on our honeymoon but I had an early loss. My precious daughter, Makayla, was born December 10th. I cannot believe I have a ten month old! I took a year leave of absence from work so I've been home with her since she was born. I return to work in December, right after her first birthday. I'm already having anxiety about it!

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!

    Welcome!  I didn't join until after I had R, but these ladies are AWESOME and I'm so glad I "found" them!  And I envy you for having a YEAR off!  Going back to work is definitely hard, but you may find that you *enjoy* the time away...look at it this way, it's good for BOTH of you!

    i've had a year mat leave as well so i'm going back to work in dec=(  im TOTALLY having MAJOR anxiety about it.  wahhh ='(

    I'm glad to hear that everyone welcomed you! I can't wait to get to know everyone.

    I hope you're right about returning to work! I actually returned for two weeks when she was three months old. My husband and I decided it wasn't the right time for me to return so I took the rest of the year off. I actually did okay during those two weeks, even know I HATED that she was in daycare. But now that I've spent the entire year with her, it is going to make is so much harder for me to leave her. :o(

    It really stinks! We'll have to get through it together! I'm trying not to ruin my last two months stressing about it. :o(
