    Yes, this website was really great for me, and it even helped me talk through it with my mom, who didn't understand how I felt.

    Thank you so much for posting this! I have been struggling the last two months...since my DD was born. I was terrified to even look into PPD, I just decided to lurk on this board last night. I am so glad I did! After looking at this website I have decided to make an appt with my OB and at least discuss the possibility of PPD/PPA. I now feel like there is hope to getting back to feeling like myself and that I am not a horrible person.
